At URBAN REVIVO, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your items, you can return them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in their original condition with tags attached.

Initiate Return

Log into your account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to generate a Return Authorization number.

Pack Your Items

Securely place the unworn items with original packaging and tags into the shipping box, ensuring you include the printed return slip inside.

Ship the Package

Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
